I didn’t arrive here with a perfectly mapped-out plan…

I found myself unexpectedly pregnant at 40, and now I’m navigating the very real, very raw world of single motherhood at 41. After an emergency C-section… and, just to keep things interesting, a round of shingles, I found myself desperately needing help.

This work comes from lived experience, paired with years of professional training in how the body moves, heals, and adapts.

Before becoming a mom, I built my career at the intersection of movement, nutrition, and mental wellness. I’m a Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach through the Nutrition Coaching Institute, certified in Neurotype Training, a Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Certified, and a Certified Mindful Meditation Practitioner. I also served as the Wellness Coordinator and a Mind-Body Coach at BeWell Psychotherapy, supporting clients in reconnecting with both their physical and emotional health.

In 2022, I was honored to be featured in Hoboken Girl’s “International Women’s Day: Local Women Who Inspire Us.” At the time, I thought I understood resilience, strength, and what it meant to take care of yourself.

Postpartum humbled me.

What I needed wasn’t more discipline or a better workout plan. I needed support, community, and a way back into my body that actually made sense for this season of life.

And what I found..
It really does take a village. And women (and the people who show up for them) are incredible.

Now, I’m bringing all of that together:
my background, my experience, and everything I’ve learned in the trenches of new motherhood.

This space is for women, mothers, and caregivers of all kinds, no matter how your baby came into your life, who are craving strength, connection, and a way to feel like themselves again (or meet a new version of themselves entirely).

No perfection. No pressure. Just real support, smart movement, and a place to land.
