FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
A mix of things you probably need more than you think:
Postpartum fitness classes (smart, intentional, not soul-crushing)
Community + connection (because doing this alone is… not it)
Nutrition coaching (real-life guidance, not restrictive plans)
Mind-body support (breathwork, mindfulness, nervous system regulation)
It’s all designed to work together, so you’re not piecing your recovery together from 10 different places.
Do I need to be “in shape” to come?
2
No. Truly.
If you’re tired, sore, leaking a little, running on minimal sleep, and unsure where to start, you’re exactly who this is for.
This isn’t about being in shape.
It’s about rebuilding safely and realistically.
Can I bring my baby?
3
Yes. Bring the baby.
They might sleep. They might cry. They might have a full-blown moment halfway through.
All of it is normal here.
You can feed, change, hold, pause, whatever you need.
What if I had a C-section or complicated recovery?
4
You’re not behind, you just need the right approach.
Everything here is designed with real postpartum recovery in mind, including C-sections, pelvic floor healing, and slower timelines.
We adjust. We modify. We meet you where you are.
Is this only for moms?
5
No.
This space is for mothers, parents, and caregivers of all kind, no matter how your baby came into your life.
If you’re showing up every day for a baby and trying to figure out how to take care of yourself too. You belong here.
What if I’m months (or even a year+) postpartum?
6
You’re not late.
A lot of people realize way later that something still feels off, like core, strength, energy, connection to their body.
This work meets you wherever you are in the process.
Will this help with things like core weakness, pelvic floor issues, or back pain?
7
Yess, that’s a big part of it.
We focus on:
Deep core reconnection
Pelvic floor support
Posture (because feeding + holding = a whole situation)
Strength that actually supports your daily life
Not just sweating for the sake of it, but getting out of your head and into your body in a fun way is part of the healing too.
