Our classes are designed for people who:

  • Want to feel strong again, but don’t have hours to figure it out

  • Are tired, touched-out, and still want something for themselves

  • Need guidance that actually makes sense in postpartum life

  • Just want to move and groove again

This body/baby weight class is designed to get you moving and reestablish strength postpartum. We use baby (optional) or the weight of our own body as resistance. This full body workout is designed to reconnect you to your body to give you the strength you need to get through the day (and those sleepless nights.) 

Strong as a Mother- Strength 


This baby wearing dance class is exactly what you need to reconnect to your body, have a little fun, and get your groove back. No dance experience required, the only thing necessary is a sense of humor.

Got it From my Mama- Dance


This gentle movement class focuses on mindfulness, to reset, restore, and recharge your body, mind, and spirit, postpartum. In this class we will practice mindful meditation (cause we all need it), gentle movement, stretching, and breath work.
